draw down all funds from mortgage or not??

    Hi I am just looking for info here. Wondering should I draw down remaining 15 ,000 which I don't need to finish the property but I will have no rainy day fund. Or draw it down so I have some savings for a rainy day...

    Do you need money for anything else?
    Its the cheapest money you'll ever get........
    If you're just going to leave it sitting around somewhere though- I'd suggest not drawing it down- unless you have a specific use/need of the funds.
