How would a lad remove a seized pto yoke and shaft from a tank .The cross needs to be replaced but can,t shift the yoke from the splines of the tank after spending a half hour with crowbar !!!
Is cutting it off the only option!!!

Put a tiny amount of brake fluid around the shaft where it goes into the yoke, leave it a while and see if it being "sucked in"

If it's being sucked in between the two, wet a small rag with fluid and wrap it around the area

If not , heat from a gas torch

If you don't have gas torch, heat it with a kettle of boiling water. Try and keep the heat on the outer part only. Hit it off then.

A wax candle and a lighter.
(No wait that's probably too small).
A big wax candle and a blow torch.:D

(This post is tongue and cheek).
Don't blame me if you end up in a &e.
