Looking to see can someone tell me what this is please!?

It has grown out my back garden over the last few weeks and I only noticed it today when I went to pull up some grass growing through the stones

Yes, it is a sycamore tree and these trees are not particularly rare or valuable and they have tendency to self-seed all over the place. And grow into large trees with very big leaves that cast deep shade and collect insects underneath.
I treat them as weeds and always pull 'em up but some people may like to let one develop into an actual tree. They grow fast!

Yeah sycamore I'd say. I left one of these trees get out of hand at the side of the house and it got taller than the house . Ended up cutting it down as it blocked a lot of light. Pain in the arse to split for firewood too. Incredibly fast growing tree.

    Cheers, fast growing..
    gives me an idea.

I might uproot it and take it off and plant it somewhere and then take the kids to it over the years and watch how it grows.

(The random things that pop into your head while on the internet! I thought i'd write it out and share)
