    What form did it take - was it an ESB van or a private one? Would love to know what the workflow is from when you log a fault - it seems the magic fairies arrive out to sort it when nobody is looking!

    to date I have seen only ESB engineers , but this was mainly due to the requirements for reprogramming . I beleive Carra Group carry out the hardware maintenance

    My understanding is that there are 3 technicians for over 300 CPs in the North, ( Including Donegal).
    I told one guy, face to face of a CP fault in Downpatrick two months ago, still faulty.
    A lady works nearby, and leaves the Zoe plugged in all day,as she may work nearby, as the other socket has been US for months, I now avoided Downpatrick. Can't always blame ice drivers.
