My peugeot is just getting dust but its still on Irish plates.
To be able to export I have to go there (i dont even know where my papers are!)
Im not in Ireland and I havent been since march of 2016.. and the car is from 2002 so no repayable VRT or anything.

How the hell do i get an normal export paper? Its soo much easier when living in the UK you can just email them and you get a paper at your overseas adres.

If you don't have "papers", then you've no chance, regardless of where you or the car are.

Lol well the car isnt worth anything, it just keeps getting "extra road tax"

Where is the car? (what country)?
Are you intending to have it registered locally there (where the car is), and start using it there?

What do you mean by keeps getting extra road tax?

So if you want to get it registered in Netherlands, you will need to find your logbook, or if you can't apply for replacement.
However considering the cost of having such vehicle registered in Netherlands, I doubt you want to go that way.

Probably best thing to do is to sell it for parts, or scrap it.
