Bank of ireland online banking issue

    I tried to log in to my 365 online account using the app on my phone and i put in all my information and i got to the 6 digit pin. I put in what I thought to be my pin and it said your details are incorrect or you might be blocked is there anyway to check my 6 digit pin or if I'm blocked?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

    Can you please also try logging in through the website and let us know if you still receive the same error message? You will be asked for three random digits of your 365 Online PIN when logging in either on our mobile app or on our website.

    In this case, please call our BOI Direct team on 0818 365 365 or +35314044000 and they will reset your log in for you. They are available on this number 9am to 6pm today and tomorrow, and 8am to midnight Monday to Friday.
