I just switched from EI after 20 or so years as a loyal customer

Not long after switching i started receiving solicitors letters and letters and texts from debt collectors

In light of this i have decided to slow pay the balance outstanding

    Thank you

Why not just pay what you owe and no solicitors or debt collectors would be after you?
