Broadband fault

    Hi, I have had a fault with my broadband for a few days now. The fault is showing on both android and laptop. the devices are not able to locate the wi fi connection. when it does appear, it either says out of range or connects, drops and disappears again. i have tried turning the modem on & off numerous times to no avail. can you please advise,  thanks.
