I'm considering putting reflective roll behind new radiators that I will be getting installed.

All radiators with the exception of one will be on external walls.

    Is it worth doing?

    Thanks!

It can't do any harm. I've seen some just stick tinfoil behind the rad

It won't not work, but at the same time it won't save you a fortune or anything.

It helps reflect the heat outwards into the room

If going ahead I would stick it to the wall using wallpaper paste.

Double sides self adhesive tabs are usually provided for fixing.

After a while, these lose adhesive from heat & it sags.

If fitting with wallpaper paste it will always remain wrinkle free & tight to the wall.
