    Hi all

We're considering trying to buy in the above areas. We'll be moving into the area from somewhere else and wouldn't know too much regarding school, catchment areas etc.

Are there boundaries in certain estates as I've heard regarding catchment areas?

Obviously while we don't have kids at the minute, we'd prefer to forward plan and be armed with best advice/info

    Many thanks

I don't know about catchments but Pinewood and Willow Park are a lot closer to the primary and secondary schools in Finglas East and Ballymun than to the schools in Glasnevin.

Hillcrest on the other hand is south of Glasnevin Avenue and I know is in the catchment of the schools on Canices Road, Sacred Heart I think it's called.
