    Hi,

    I completed and posted the eir cashback claim form over a month ago and I have not received the cashback nor heard anything from the eir since.

    Would it be possible for someone from eir to confirm how long eir expect these cashback to take, surely less than one month?

    I would also like to confirm that the returned completed claim form has been received.

    Likewise, I sent in my form over a month and have heard nothing.
    I notice the T&Cs are worded in such a way that if we don't receive our cashback that there is no recourse.

    Also having an issue getting €100 cash back due from Eir.

    Have made several calls to eir. Latest was a referral from eir to a third party "sweetie"? They did not have my details from eir ?

    My contract is with eir so hopefully it can be sorted here by eir rep.

    I have not received an email with application form for cashback. Joined eir in May

    I still have not received it. Like Peppa, it is not important to me what the 3rd party does, this is something that EIR promised me when signing up to a contract and I would like to see it honoured.

    Goes to show the difficultly an ordinary Joe like me has resolving these issues when it's clearly not straight forward for eir on boards.
