I've been on BTEA and must reapply as I want to continue to a degree from level 6. My wife's income was 0 but now earns 253 per week. She is self employed and this earnings could dry up just as quickly. Does anybody know will I still qualify? we have no children or savings or any other income or assets besides our house which is mortgage free. Thanks.

Is it not the same s for other means tested payments like DA or JSA? If it is, then you'll still qualify, though how much you'll get I couldn't tell you.
