I am looking after a friends house while they are on holiday. I can get in and turn off the alarm but struggling to reset it when the door is open to leave. I have searched for the make / model and found instructions but still at a loss.
It is International Concord..... Can anyone help?

How do I switch it back to leave?

    Thanks

How are you setting it? As in what buttons are you pressing?

To arm the system with a door or window open:
Press 3, code # sensor number and code.

Thanks for the reply. I found that when I looked up the manual online but couldn't find a list of sensor numbers.
They are back on Thursday anyway so a couple of nights should be OK :(

I am grateful for my basic alarm - it is the most complicated alarm I have come across.

If the device is open you can press the star button and it will list off open devices.

Takes a bit of getting use to the Concord system :D

    Does that inhibit the sensor?

Yes, if you know the zone number.

But surely the door is just open so they can exit the house?

I think the user is looking to inhibit another zone causing an issue.
