Nescafé Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine - reduced from €110 to €16.25 in Tesco. Edit: Upon further research this seems to be retailing for around €45 on Amazon. Still a decent deal and it gets good reviews online.

I got this in teaco last year for €18. Have to say it was my best bargain. I use it everyday and coffee is lovely.
