    Hi

I'm 18 and don't have any letters from my school or bank as a valid proof of address I was wondering if I could use my prescription I got from my doctor? It has the address and date on it. and if not the prescription is there anything else I can use as a valid form of address

That definitely won't work. Lots of suggestions here on the NDLS website.

If you are still at school, go to the office and explain - they'll just type one out for you. They've probably had to do it already for others.
