SecureWatch HKC Volumn Q

I have a Securewatch HKC that's circa 10 years old, can't see any Model number on it. Can anyone tell me how I can turn down the volume/sound on pressing any key?, it really is very loud.

I have the Engineer Code, I suspect it was in the Devices Menu, but can't see anything that indicates "Volume". The Standard user Menu gives very little functions

    Thanks

You cannot adjust the volume on that, you could try and put tape over the speaker or take off the Keypad cover and disconnect the speaker cable from the main PCB.
