Account Credit still not transferred to new account number

    Hi – I switched plans and as a result I received a new account number. There is a credit of almost 90 euro on the old account number that still hasn’t been transferred across to the new account. 

    The switch took place in March and we are now in June. 

    Can u please take steps to move this credit across to the new account. 

    I can PM you the account numbers if u let me know where to send.
