My partner had an incident at work which caused personal injuries to himself. He was in hospital for nearly a week and will have still have some long term health affects.

He is back at work now after an absence of 3 weeks. His employer paid for his medical bills but since he has been back he has discovered that no accident report was written up or any report made to the HSA. He doesn't particularly want to go down the legal route, any advice on how to proceed would be great. Thanks

contact HR immediately to have everything on record.

Keep your own records also i.e bils etc paid by company.

The company is already in breach of health and safety legislation in not reporting the accident.
