    Dislike it myself immensely, but it's easy to do with some bevelled timber or moulding and some no more nails.

    Looks like the wallpaper is put up, sections of it,and then the border applied, glued on.

    Should be easy to find a house painter/ wallpaper guy to do this for you

    I like the look, one would need plenty of space for it to be effective/pleasing imo
