We are bidding on the property close to Navan Co.Meath, we would need a kind of unofficial inspection/snag list or so you call it done on the house. I know it has to be done by the architect and so on but we would not be spending 300-400e (that is for later date) before we even made final decision to purchase the property.…

I would require just the general inspection inside and outside so to give me idea and condition of the house form the first looks. I checked it myself as much as I understand but more knowledgeable opinion whould be welcoming.

Anybody knows any builders/ex or anybody competent enough who I could bring along or meet at the property that could do such a thing?

Hopefully this doesn't sound too silly :rolleyes:
