    Hi,

We are looking to get a client with BOI his own bank card and to set up banking365. He has Asperger's Syndrome and lives in supported accommodation. He would be unable to answer verification questions over the phone. He has a current account and a depositlink account. He is looking to get the bank card on the depositlink account.

I'm just wondering what would be the best way to go about this. His local branch is Dundrum, Dublin 16. Many Thanks

    Hi KarenWest,

Thanks for getting in contact with us here. He can be set up with both banking 365 online and a card for his account in any branch of Bank of Ireland. Just ask him to bring along a form of photo ID when visiting the branch. You can check the opening times of any branch here.

    Thanks again for the message,
    Darren.
