I have been renting a property in maynooth so maybe I could get a job near maynooth or in Dublin only issue is I haven't ever worked, I have only done work experience in secondary school, and recently decided university is not for me, will employers not hire me?

University may not be for you but that's not the be all and end all of further education.

You should definitely look into further training and get some sort of qualifications.

Even if you want to get into a trade you'll have to do an apprenticeship and get the qualifications etc.

Have you ever done any voluntary work? If not, try to do some while you are job hunting. It will show any future employer that you have certain skills (depending on the voluntary work- people skills, retail experience, good time keeping etc) and it will give you a person to use as a reference.
I agree with the previous poster about trying to get some further education - maybe an evening course in a useful subject (computer skills? A language?) or something relevant to the area you want to work in. Most courses start again in September but look around now and get applying.
