FAAC Remote Control

    I have faac 787452 remotes and a 455d controller.
    Last week both remotes stopped working.
    I replaced batteries and reprogrammed both remotes but the remotes only work within about 5 metres and then only when holding the relevant button down for several seconds.
    Any idea what the problem is?

    There is a common denominator here, that is both remotes send signals to the same receiver.
    You more than likely have an issue at the receiving side, faulty radio card or else an issue with the antenna.
    Has anything changed there of late?
    How old is the system?

    The system is new..installed in January of this year.

    It should be under warranty so, get back onto your installer.
