Hi we have a new build and was plastered in Jan 17. The heating has been on a couple if week's. We have used dulux base paint and was watered down. The problem we have now is called 'mapping' and we have every room done with at least one coat of base coat if not two. Please if anyone has advice on solving this I would be…
