    HI guys

so this is my story , I Applied for a jobseekers allowance back in february in the portlaoise social welfare office. I got called into a meeting i think sometime in march and my means test came home on the 3.04.2017 and i got my means test and i am also suppose be back dated from the start of december 2016. i have applied for the supplementary and got it. but my two questions are the following
1 - how much longer will my claim take to come in ?
2 - will the supplementary be taken out of the claim ?

    thank for the help

If it is a complicated case, it will take time, but I don't think predictions would be useful.

If you are owed €191/week for say 10 weeks and you received €500 over that period in SWA, you would receive €1,410 when things get sorted out.

Its impossible to know how long it will take but you could give them a call and ask.

Yes all swa will be taken out of back pay.
