Hi!

Have applied for civil service P.O. interview - 24 applications for panel of 5.

All applicants will be interviewed.

Due to receive interview date soon and details of selection process.

Our understanding is that candidates may have to complete psychometric test and will have to give pre-prepared 10 minute flipchart presentation on the same day of the interview.

Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Should I seek professional assistance drafting flip chart presentation?

Do candidates who attend professional interview training generally do better at interview? (Supporting son in uni, couldn't spend mega bucks on training)
