Road legal tints - Chameleon tint?

Hey guys looking for a bit of help, I am looking to tint the windows all round on my car, and before anyone says, I know the laws about the level of light required to pass through on the windscreen and front windows. The back windows will be going 5% and the front ones 20% to stay under the limit because the glass already has 15%tint.
My question is, I'm curious as to this camelion tint film. Is it legal to have on the windscreen if it allows through the right amount of light?

Remember for the fronts:

100 - 15% = 85.

85 - 20% = 68%

Legal, but just about. I wouldn't have much faith in the tolerance of the windows tint material in terms of % transmission, and I don't know will you be failed for say 64%.

Well the crowd tinting it for me have a meter to check, so will make sure everything is above board, just wondering as to the Camelion tint

Afaik the only requirement is NCTs directions:
"visible light transmission level of less than 65%"

There is nothing about the film itself so I assume Chameleon is fine.
