Folks, I'm looking for a fuse box for a Mondeo. My mechanic can't find one anywhere!!

    The code is: 7G9T-14A073-CC

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I seem to be able to get a number of different fuse boxes with simular codes, but not the exact one. E.g. 7G9T-14A073-DE, and on a number of ads, they say that this will work. I'm worried as it's not the correct serial number.

    Jaysus.... Thanks.

I've contacted 17 through findapart.ie this morning, so hopefully I'll find something!

It's a strange one; I can't even find the part anywhere online!! All the serial numbers differ in the last two letters.

Go to a Ford dealer spare department and ask what the two last characters "CC" signify and if another fusebox, like a DB, can be used instead.

They should be able to give you a quote for a box from them, might not be that expensive.

Last two digits wont make a difference.
What fuse box is it ?? If its engine comp i think it comes as part of the engine comp wiring harness.

Could I ask way you need a fuse box. As Martinr said it will more than likely come with the wiring harness, I can't see how it wouldn't and will be expensive. It can be quite a job removing all the wires from the fuse box itself.

There was a problem with the ECU; the alarm would go off even when the battery was disconnected. I was having to jump start the car a lot and seemingly I fried the fuse box.

He seems to think that it has to have the initials CC at the end.
