    Hi,

I have a hkc812 v7.39 panel with gsm modem GSM SEP08 v2.04 fitted for text alerts/arming etc. I am wondering if i can use the securecomm app with this setup?

Is there any advantage? If so how do i setup this app and account?

No you would not be able to use the App with that GSM.
That one is for use with a sim card which you manage yourself.

As your panel is version 7.39 you could add the GSM.SW.SC to use the App.
Please note you would need engineer access to your panel to add this to the 8/12.
