I've redone the inside of my expedition Landcruiser and now I have two plywood boxes with stainless steel hinges and edged with aluminium that I need to paint.

I want to paint the whole thing satin black and I don't necessarily want to leave the stainless and/or aluminium bare.

Can anyone advise me if there is a primer and paint that I can use on all surfaces that won't cause me problems in terms of reaction with metal/wood and each other?
