    I wouldn't even book with an App. Such is the congestion on the street that your allocated cab could take 5, 10, even 15 minutes trying to get from one end of the street to the other. As well, there is no space to pullover there so waiting for you is not an option. My advice would be to walk to either end of the street and take one off the street; you will avoid the snarl ups and the availability will literally be ten a penny.
