As an Irish citizen/student with residency in Ireland and applying for a level 8 degree (4 yrs) for the first time it is to my understanding that I am eligable to have my tuition fees payed on my behalf. I have recently received a letter from SUSI saying I am not entitled to anything. Does this mean I am not getting free…
