As an Irish citizen/student with residency in Ireland and applying for a level 8 degree (4 yrs) for the first time it is to my understanding that I am eligable to have my tuition fees payed on my behalf. I have recently received a letter from SUSI saying I am not entitled to anything. Does this mean I am not getting free fees or does this just mean I have to pay student contribution but not tuition fees?

Anyone with any information please reply asap! urgent matter and am incredibly stressed about this!!

    Thanks
