So what do you make of this tax and insurance disc.

This was displayed on a car that was ICEing an FCP spot yesterday.

Before I noticed that it was tax exempt, I figured a false insurance disc and an out of date tax disc was worth a phone call to the appropriate Garda Station.

The reg number on the tax disc matches the car.

So, as in the best Youtube type clips, what happened next?

“I can’t pay my staff or mortgage with instagram likes”.

Is the tax disc from a diplomatic car? ie owned by an embassy?

The registration numbers on both discs don't match.

A 161 Hyundai? Has that location been officially redesignated as a donut consumption point?

I.C.E. is an abbreviation for Internal Combustion Engine. "ICEing" is the term that EV owners tend to use when they arrive at a public EV chargepoint to find that they can't access it because there's a Petrol or Diesel blocking the charging bay.
