Mourinho has already confirmed he will make heavy changes with United's all-important Europa League Final coming up, though the Portuguese coach must balance his squad.

Paul Pogba has not trained or featured since his father passed away before United's defeat at Tottenham, but Mourinho says the midfielder will at least travel with the squad.

Joel Pereira will start in goal, while Demitri Mitchell, Matty Willock, Josh Harrop, Zak Dearnley and Scott McTominay are all in line for places in the matchday squad.

Sunday's match may also be Wayne Rooney's farewell to Old Trafford, with the United captain's future unclear this summer.

Mourinho has jokingly pleaded with Allardyce to rest the likes of Zaha and Christian Benteke, but there is little chance of that as the Eagles - currently 13th - could finish as high as 11th or as low as 16th depending on results.

Palace have confirmed that Andros Townsend is out with an Achilles injury.

Yohan Cabaye is doubtful due to a foot problem, although James Tomkins is set to be fit.

    1-0 whoop whoop

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.

The first was a lot better. Outstanding pass to Harrop who scored a fine goal.

Pogba's goal came from a misplaced pass by Lingard that fell kindly for him and then he shot first time under the keepers legs. If that's excellent I don't know what you'd call the first!

    How's the young keeper doing?

Called it a stunning goal in the United thread. Pogbas goal was excellent bit of counter attack football and the pass was loose but pogba used his strength to bully the defender off the ball and finish.

Hasnt been tested much to be fair. He has a few decent kickouts.

Good result and performance too end what's been another dreadful league campaign. When you score less then Bournemouth over 38 gameweeks, you've no business dining at the top table.
