I'm looking to book one special night away for me, my wife and our 2 year old daughter near Dublin. Any views on weather the K club or Druids Glen is more fun for little ones? Thanks.

    I'd say Druids Glen.

K Club is pretty stuffy. Stayed there once and while it was lovely, I didn't think it was somewhere I'd have wanted to take the kids. Druids Glen at least is set up for families with family rooms and kids options on the menu. Plus if the weather is good, you've some beaches nearby in Newcastle, Kilcoole and Greystones.

Druids Glen is easy drive south of city, just last mile or so tricky as entrance to hotel is separate to the golf course, bit confusing. It has a pool tho can be busy with outsiders using it during the day. It is near the sea so good for an outing with a child eg Greystones with public carpark parallel to the beach there. Greystones is nice for meander about, full of coffee shops.

Druids glen, especially if you play golf, love the golf course.
