SUSI Cancelled Application?

Hi So this morning I checked my Online Tracker as I always do in the hopes of my application being confirmed. I'm renewing it as there was a change in circumstances from last year. I am quite worried to see that it now says 'Application Cancelled'. Can SUSI do this on my behalf? If it was refused, shouldn't it say…
