Cost of Post and rail fencing

    Anyone got any ideas of the approx cost of 100 meters of post and 4 rail fencing?

    What timber are you thinking of?
    Are you going with 5x3 or 4x4 posts?
    What size rail 3x2 or 4x2 and do you want 3 or 4 rails?

    4 rails and I dont know, its for the entrace ditch to a yard, 5x3 maybe and 3x2,

    That's not bad. I remember getting a quote at the height of the boom for €100 a metre. Bloody madness

    What does the length matter? You didn't mention the cross section of post or rail
