Hi. This is my first time posting so hopefully I am in the right place. I have planning permission to build a house in The west of Ireland which I am hoping to start asap. Before sending the plans out to tender I want to decide on insulation, heat system, cavity sizes etc. Is there such a service where I could get someone to review the plans and make recommendations and provide costings on insulation, heat system, cavity sizes etc. I want to make the house as energy efficient as possible in as financially efficient way as possibly. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
