    a few months ago somebody rang me about an incident my opinions have changed

    I'm not sure if this phone call was recorded and if so can this be used in court ?

    contact them and ask them for a transcript. If they have it, they should give it to you, if they don't, they can't.

    if it was a company that contacted you, write with a date request, enclosing the standard fee and see what you get.

    can you have an opinion about an incident? surely if asked to testify you give the facts, not opinion/

    Well it was a case of been suggested to consider making a statement.

    But as i said on reflection i can not be certain i was presuming what may have happened
