I am looking for a recommendation for close as possible to a plum coloured tree for my garden. I feel I have a lot of green / redish coloured trees....

I would like a tree, with good upright structure and interesting foliage or flowering throughout the seasons.

Would really appreciate any recommendations. I don't plan on planting till later in the year now but would like to looking at what people might recommend.

    Thanks

Red Robin has plum coloured foliage and needs next to no special care./

Have you looked up flowering/ornamental plum trees? I planted one in my garden last October as an alternative to the cherry blossom.
