About 10 years ago I almost choked on a piece of plastic in a HB Maxi Twist. I reported it to HB who gave me €15 and said a bit of packaging had broken off on the production line and fallen into the ice cream. A few weeks later they introduced new stronger packaging, which I presumed was due to my incident... or it could have been a coincidence.
