Im more sorrowful for Keith Bennetts family who now may never know where their brother was buried. His poor mother died without a grave to visit a few years ago.

Hopefully Keith Bennett will be found one day.

Justice served, a man who committed appalling atrocities dies in prison/confinement.

Amazing that he lived until 79 years of age.

Older than many who led clean enough lives. Anyway he is gone now.

There's been some TV movies on the subject. Can't see it being a big box office draw, TBH.

He lived a good bit longer than his partner-in-crime. More time for him to stew, good enough for him.

Watched that. Depressing stuff naturally but good acting.

Did the cops not try to offer a deal in return for Keith Bennetts location?

It's one of those stories that makes you hope that hell really exists and that he is now receiving the same treatment he gave his victims.
Taking the secret to his grave.
    You utter ****ing scumbag.
Should bury the bastard somewhere with enough great whites to leave no trace of him.

She wanted to get out-died in prison.
He wanted to die-Force fed for about 15 years to keep him alive and hopefully suffering.

That's mental. I was listening to a podcast called casefile yesterday about the moors murderers. Brady came to suffer from paranoid schizophrenia and any attempt to kill himself was thwarted by the prison staff who force fed him. Hindley had a brass neck on her and actually gained some supporters when continuously applying for parole.

Two sick people that nobody will mourn. Well unless you are a nutcase.

It would be pointless trying to make a deal with a psycho and besides, he was never getting out of prison or wherever he was been held. What leverage can you actually use with a psychopath who isnt fit to see the light of day again?

No they simply appealed to him as he started showing compassion for his victims and tried taking that as an opportunity to get him to reveal the rest of the burial sites.

They shouldn't have even announced it. What's the point? Fùck him.... They should have just checked his pulse, declared him dead and then turfed his corpse in an incinerator with no fuss.

51 years for 3 murders. Be 12 concurrent here. Serve 10.

Bad enough losing a loved one in such a violent way but not even knowing where there remains lie? Can't imagine what that would do to your head :(

They had more than 3 victims didn't they?

Anyway, good riddance to him. I don't think Keith Bennett will ever be found at this stage, it's been over 50 years. Brady himself probably didn't even remember exactly where it was after all this time. He just wanted to have some power over the family by refusing to say either way. Sick bastard

Should have been repeatedly and systematically tortured till he gave up everything on all his victims especially where he buried Keith Bennett ,

    Sick bastards

The UK is quite lenient enough too. Hindley and Brady were special cases but having just watched the drama on Rhys Jones, all of those vile sub humans involved should have got alot more then they did.

Serve 10? Serve 7 or 8. It'd take 3 years to get to trial. 2 years of psych evaluations at the least.

Extraordinary rendition would have been ideal for him. A few weeks in Gitmo would have had him singing like a canary.

For a minute I thought it was Paul - the nordie guitar lad and was sad because I like his music..
Then I copped it was Ian the murdering no-mark, and not a fcuk was given. Heart-rate returned to normal.

I remember one of the news programs saying a couple of years ago around the time they were looking for Keith that the profile of the ground (especially bogland) can change to the extent that he could be found a good bit from where he was buried.

    Good riddance. Rot in Pieces.
