New Sunglasses - Any Idea What's Wrong With Them?

    Hi Folks,

Just looking for some feedback. I collected some new sunglasses from SpecSavers on Friday and tried them out over the weekend. My old SpecSavers pair didn't have polarising lenses or anything like that but were brilliant. As I had them around 10 years or so, I said I'd treat myself to a new pair.

Unfortunately for me, the new pair seem terrible:

When I'm in the car the glare from the dash reflecting on the window is really bad, it's very in your face.

I can spot a car from a mile off as the windscreen looks like a mirror.

I was by the sea on Sunday and it looked like glass, it's so jarring.

Any light patches on the road surface seem to 'float' and have a 3D like quality to them.

Any idea what this is? The prescription itself seems fine but anything reflective is really glaring. I've left them in with SpecSavers and I'm hoping they see something wrong with them and that they don't tell me they're grand.

Turns out there is an error with the way they were fabricated and it's not just me. Thank feck.
