    Hi All,
I'm in the process of submitting a planning application for a new dwelling. I currently live in a house with my wife that I co-own with my brother. Will this co-owned house be an issue for the council? My Local need otherwise is fine.
    Thanks.

    Yes

    Read the local Dev plan

Or ask the arch /Eng that's submitting your application

Outline your housing need and local linkage in detail, refer to county development plan for guidance.
