Will be a tough game for us away to Limerick, would probably take a point now.

Hard to believe Pats are bottom, but 4 points out of 30 and no wins in games not against Bohs or Rovers..

Need to get back on track tonight, never easy travelling to Donegal

Love playing at Dundalk solely because of Dundalk FM.

Cretaro wins a freekick off Paddy Barrett: *Dundalk accent* "It was like a midget challenging a giant...the midget gets the freekick."

Seriously woeful stuff from Bohs, we're going down at this rate.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Great first half performance from us against the league leaders. Have made their keeper make three good saves and had some half chances too. Don't think city have gotten going at all though, they've been no better than other teams we've had up here this season so far.

Pigface was right. 4 nil to Dundalk.

3 goals scored after Craig Roddan came on is no coincidence. Hopefully we can get shot of him and the army man in July and sign a proper midfield.

Delighted with that win, haven't been comprehensive too often

Robbo f*cked us. Roddan is on a contract until November 2018 so I doubt he is going anywhere.

Sounded like Tobi had a poor game. I'll wait to see what the Dundalk fans at the game thought but he has not had a good season. Needs to focus more because he can be a very good right back.

Two hugely satisfying wins in a row now for different reasons.

Early goals and a clean sheet. Miele has been in and out but another goal. Lopes at centre back has made a big difference it looks like.

First half was terrible. Wasn't a shot on target for either team!

Second half we upped the tempo, closed you down high up the pitch and ran at you.
McElelenys ball for first goal was fantastic, and Duffy magic on the right set up the 2nd.

Was game set match after 1-0. You wouldn't have scored if you were still there

Was rumours that Kenny waa talking to him during the week but can be confirmed Pat Hoban was in Oriel tonight

A much needed win for us last night. We really should have won by more than two, missed a load of chances in the first half. Fagan could have had a hat-trick with the fairly clear chances he missed. Markey was again very impressive and Kurtis Byrne also did a fantastic job and took his goal well as did Bermo from a well worked set piece. Onwards and hopefully upwards to the Sligo match now.

Drogs were woeful. Their Keeper was the only player who could be said to have had a decent game. Although they were somewhat unlucky not to get a penalty in the second half.

Unlucky? They were robbed!! :D:D The only thing i can think of is because they had a shot on goal immediately after, Buttimer may have deemed it was advantage played, but the shot didn't lead to anything as far as i'm concerned so it's a definite penalty, O'Malley cleaned out the Drogheda lad.

Super win for Pat's all the same and yeah, really should have been more. Big games coming up now against Sligo on friday and away to Finn Harps on the Monday.

Annoyed with the dropping of 2 points to Galway especially as Bray got back to winning ways. Just hope now that it doesn't sow a seed of doubt in the players. City are at home to Drogheda Friday and away to Sligo Monday.

Need to beat Drogheda as we always drop points in Sligo.

City were gonna drop points sooner then later although in saying that I did quietly think we win in Galway and next 2.

More then capable of winning next 2. 4 points would not be disaster. We are going drop points its just matter of us winning the games we need to and in games we are below par grinding out a couple of wins and draws.

Things starting to pear shaped for City. First their Italian superstar Christian Nanetti jumps ship and gets the hell out of dodge and a few days later they draw with Galway and lose their 100% record in the league. We all knew this would happen in fairness. Foundations built on sand never last.

Bray will be licking their lips and are rightly now considered favourites to win the league.

Your attempts to wind Pighead up are pointless. I shall not rise to your taunts. Too busy gearing up for a cup quarter-final this evening. Another glorious chapter in Dundalk's history is about to be written.

Pighead was probably one of the clowns booing in Tallaght at Half Time

Be interesting to see how Cork get on in next 3 games, Sligo and Rovers especially. We have to take 9 points and see what happens. I can see them dropping points in 1 of them meaning if we beat them in Oriel, only 8 points would be in it heading into the break then European period

Booing? Why the hell would I boo the man who has given me the greatest football related memories in my lifetime? Kenny's never getting booed by me. EVER! Anyway, from what I heard it was more 'Get out your chequebook' type moaning than booing.

Well if you were at the game, you would have clearly heard a lot of booing and abuse of players at the half time whistle! A few were called out on it resulting in insults thrown about like confetti.

Hearing Hoban is a done deal aswell.

Was at the game and heard maybe five or ten people giving out. Fair enough if there was booing as well but I didn't hear much of it. From Kenny's interview with Gerry Malone the other night it did sound like there was something in the Hoban talk. His two no comment's at the end of the interview were telling. Would be a good move for all concerned (except Kilduff).

While I hate to agree, I agree it's gonna be difficult to stay up.

Toothless in attack and a leaky defence.

Our only tactic seems to be a pump it into the mixer style throw in everytime we get 3/4's the way up the pitch.

It's bad to watch (though not as bad as Heary's last days in charge).

Dundalk 6-0 Thomastown United. Was surprised with how strong the Dundalk team was tonight. Kilduff, O'Donnell, Clifford and Gannon all starting.
