I'm hoping to rejoin my old club after a 3 year lapse, will my old GUI number/card be reactivated after I submit approx 3 cards etc. or am I starting all over again from "scratch" excuse the pun.?

start again but consideration of your old handicap will be taken into account
im not sure if the club will give you the same number, you could always ask them

I think you will have to get a new number. If you were still on system your club would have to pay GUI levy for past 3 years.
