Cancelled account but still receiving bills

    I cancelled my account over the phone on March 9th. I was told my service would end on 9th April, but I have received another bill today, for usage to: 25 April and rental until 25th May.

    I was assured over the phone that no further action was required by myself to cancel the account by Nicole in your cancellation team. 

    Can you look into this for me please.
