Mira Excel Mixer shower no hot water

    Hi,

    I have a Mira Excel Mixer shower which I can no longer get hot water out of. If I move the dial past 4 or 5 I just get a trickle of cold water from it.

    Below 4 or 5 I get normal pressure and the tap in the bathroom has hot water so I don't think it's a problem with the general heating.

    After doing some research it appears that Mira Mixers can need a replacement cartridge with these symptoms.

    Does this sound like the right direction to someone in the know?
