Rookie question here, but need a bulb replacing on the headlight of my car. Is there standard bulbs that every garage have that will used to replace, or would they have to order in?

Assuming it's a regular car, Yes, there is a few different types but usually h4 or h7. Any garage will have them off the shelf. What kind if car is it ?

Have a look on www.Powerbulbs.co.uk and it will give you the type for the car. Some cars such as Renault Clio require the front bumper to be removed to change the headlight bulbs, others are a simple process.

Just checked for my car and as with all the other sites has the wrong bulb, was the same with my last car. Both standard from the manufacturer.

Either check the owners manual or remove the one fitted.
