Sauna/Steam room in back garden

Can't find anything online about any regulations etc to having a sauna or steam room in my back garden. Found on a UK site that they need to be at least 1m from a boundary wall over there but hard to get any info here

Found on a UK site that they need to be at least 1m from a boundary wall over there but hard to get any info here

It's classed as a garden shed.
Follow the exemption limits for garden sheds/garden rooms and you will be fine.

25 Sq. M max
No minimum distance from boundary over here.
Max height of 3m with flat roof or 4m pitched(tiled or slated).
Must have 25Sq. M of garden remaining then.
